Oh! Not at all! It’s more like a really tacky eyeshadow primer but it doesn’t feel thick or goopy. It just holds the glitter better than a normal eyeshadow primer would.
I love that there are many ways to play around with glitter! I’ve been so busy with college that it’s nice that I can unwind and catch up on watching some of my favourite canadian makeup bloggers 🙂 xx I love the glitter liner a lot!
The glitter liner thing is such an easy thing to do and potentially less in your face that an entire lid of glitter! (Not that I’m opposed to that either!)
