To celebrate the launch of her brand’s 10th anniversary, Kat Von D launched a collection of products – the eyeshadow palette, of course, grabbed my attention immediately.
The 10th Anniversary Eyeshadow Palette comes with 16 shades in sleek packaging that has a design on the cover that was drawn by Kat Von D herself.
The 16 shades housed in the palette are named after 16 muses in Kat Von D’s life that have helped to inspire her. A full review video will be coming to my YouTube channel this week, but in the meantime, please enjoy the swatches.

Absolutely gorgeous, although some have received a dud palette (as with every palette ever). That never fails to makes me nervous in deciding whether or not to but it.
It’s 10 featured muses with 6 additional names and I haven’t been able to find information about those. I gotta say, it’s weird and cool at the same time to see one’s name as a shade! 😀
omg hahahaha good catch Kelly! WHERE ARE THE OTHER SIX MUSES???? But like, how offended would you be if you were the one that inspired the matte cream shade? I’d be like “oh thanks, I love that my personality inspired such a boring AF shade”. haha
Who’s been getting duds? And how do they feel about the shadows? I just wonder if we all like different shadow textures and that’s what causes the discrepancy.
A few reviews on Sephora said the shadows weren’t vibrant as photograhed in the swatch pictures, one upload her own swatches and they look terrible.
I remember one positive reviewer that had seen a YT review of a dud; she was worried, but got a good palette.
