I think it’s worth purchasing is the colours appeal to you. It’s hard for me to personally say WHO would deem it worth buying because it is your own personal money. I’m happy I bought it though!
I can’t think of any direct drugstore dupes, and definitely not any singles I’m afraid. 🙁
