Swatch Sunday: Urban Decay – Naked

Ah yes. Urban Decay‘s Naked palette. The original. The one that started it all! Where would neutral palettes be if it wasn’t for Urban Decay‘s glorious invention? This was my first ever full on palette. I’d had many a single shadow in my day, but this one started the obsession I now have with palettes. A lovely longtime friend actually brought this up for me from the US when it wasn’t originally available in Canada, and I was soooo excited to have it!

I’ve actually hit pan on a couple shades in this palette (something I’m not sure I’ll ever manage in another palette to be perfectly honest) and it is absolutely still my favourite Naked palette that Urban Decay has ever released.

  1. This was my first for really real palette too – and it’s still one of my favorites… I wish the packaging was different, because the fabric is dusty and covered in makeup… but I still love it.

    1. I seem to be the only one that loved the velvet touch of this palette. I don’t know how mine has managed to stay relatively cleaned since I used to travel with it everywhere!
