I think I’d be most excited to try out the essence stuff – I’ve never bought anything from them but I am curious although I’d probably also be petting that puffy Urban Decay Pro Larger Powder Brush… another thing I never spoil myself with because I’m always buying brushes/tools for eyes and brows the other brushes in my “collection” are basically like the spares in travel kits no real quality ones in the lot!
Hah I agree! I always spend my money on eye brushes and hate forking over the money for face brushes because they tend to be sooo expensive.

I don’t really “review” palettes so to speak – I usually only do Challenge Weeks. I won’t be doing one for this palette because it’s just not suited towards a challenge week by itself. In short though – I don’t love it. I think the tones are very odd and it’s hard to incorporate them together (for me). And, of course, you have to pull in other palettes to make it useable. Hope that helps!

I love the brand back when I was still living in Malaysia but have long forgotten about them ever since living here so it’ll be nice to have some in my stash again.

Inglot is pretty big in South Africa as well… which is awesome! They have such a large range of products, it’s like going to a MAC counter!

You have no idea how happy I am to hear that. I often worry that Inglot doesn’t get enough attention around the world and it makes me nervous that they’ll shut down shops or something. (Which did happen once in Toronto – they opened about 5 stores roughly eight years ago and they all went down in about a year.) And frankly… I think they’re far better than MAC!

I got the cooking bug and I cooked all Tuesday evening. I made wilted kale with garlic, tossed with evoo and whole wheat pasta. I cooked pinto beans with my special Moroccan seasoning blend and mixed them with Bulgarian feta. Then I made a fish stock-based soup with cod, spinach and a little corn for color and sweetness.
That sounds amazing! Seriously… I’m just about drooling here!

Yeah, I don’t know why. Everyone else loves Bite, but nothing I’ve tried from them has really won me over. I don’t think I’ve tried the Amuse Bouche lipsticks yet, though.

I don’t find the Amuse Bouch lipsticks THAT much different from the original line. The formula change seems to be very, very slight to me. That’s a shame that you never fell in love with them though! We all have brands like that though I suppose.

Hello Rachelle (Chelle)- what a FABULOUS giveaway and so much variety in this prize pack. Not that much of a make-up aficionado but my daughter is always trying to get me to wear more and I shall try. Nothing much here other than 2 adorable dogs, a special needs son and a hubby to keep me busy. It can be insane for shipping! I mailed two packages last time (over Christmas) – one to Tanzania and another to Greece and the shipping cost alone was about $70 each! I was like HOLY SMOKES! Wasn’t expecting that at all! But I also really don’t like making giveaways country exclusive if I can – so I just deal with it!
And yes, I seriously love Inglot products! Their eyeshadows are hands down some of my absolute favourites on the market!
